OneSelf World is an independent animation systems and interactive media studio focused on real time storytelling, character behavior, and animator first production workflows inside Unity.
Founded by animation director and systems designer Derek Ng-Cummings, OneSelf World serves as both a production studio and an R&D lab, developing tools, pipelines, and prototypes that explore how animation, gameplay, and cinematic flow can be authored together in real time.
At the core of this work is MOJA, a Unity embedded, visual, state driven animation and interaction framework designed to let animators, designers, and small teams prototype and build interactive experiences without heavy scripting. MOJA has been used for both internal prototypes and for live action television production, enabling fast turnaround, script-driven interactive content.
